Work as a communicator

As a communicator with us, you will work operationally and closely with the business, focusing on communication related to projects, changes, and customer impact. You will support the business in formulating clear, correct, and target group-adapted information. Your tasks include:

• Creating communication and marketing plans
• Supporting projects and management teams in communication issues, such as developing messaging platforms and communication plans
• Developing guidelines related to communication
• Planning, executing, and following up on campaigns
• Writing and processing various types of texts, customer letters, social media posts, and press releases
• Publishing posts and ads on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as evaluating these efforts

You will be part of our communication group, which together supports the organization in both internal and external communication.

Your profile

You have a very good ability to express yourself in writing and enjoy working with text; you are used to processing, clarifying, and adapting content according to the recipient and context. At the same time, you are service-oriented and enjoy supporting colleagues and projects by contributing with clear and well-formulated communication. You are accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and collaborating closely with the business and project leaders.

As a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and easy to collaborate with. You communicate in a pedagogical and secure manner, both in writing and verbally, and contribute to good collaborations by being attentive, helpful, and structured.

You who apply have:

• Education in communication or work experience that we assess as equivalent
• Documented experience of working as a communicator
• Experience working with Meta Business Suite
• Experience working with project communication and text processing
• Experience conducting campaigns
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Driving license B

It is advantageous if you have:

• Knowledge of the energy industry, preferably previous experience in the water and sewage sector and/or district heating sector and/or electricity grid.
• Experience filming and editing segments with a mobile
• Knowledge of SiteVision, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Elements
